I’ve mentioned before I love to photograph weddings that break away from tradition and ooze personality, and this gorgeous day certainly did that! Amy & Rob’s wedding was such a lovely relaxed, cheeky and fun wedding to be involved in.
This wedding was in September and the whole day was at the exclusive-use farm venue Wethele Manor Farm (http://www.wethelemanor.com/). The ceremony was outdoors, and the reception in the large marquee they have out back.
Amy and Rob were warm, silly and relaxed throughout the day, despite the fact that they both must have put a HUGE amount of work into the look and feel of the day. Amy had handmade all of the décor, including bunting, loads of gorgeous pastel tissue paper pom poms of all sizes, eat me and drink me tags for centre pieces and table décor/favours, signs, card collection “suitcase”, memory dictionary, sweet cart decor…. the list goes on and on! Not to mention her own button bouquet, and 2 for the bridesmaids, and all of the crockery Amy collected from local vintage shops and markets.
Sparklers finished the evening, but not for all guests as most were very enthusiastically tearing up the dance floor by then!! Amy specifically asked me for vintage feel sepia finished photos to match with the theme of the wedding, so here are some of my faves:
If you’re planning a Wethele Manor Farm wedding, a wedding elsewhere, or a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party for that matter and are looking for a fun relaxed and quirky style of wedding photography then fire me an enquiry to fill me in on your plans and see is I’m available to join in on the fun!
