This vibrant, colourful summer wedding at The Barn at Avington, in Hampshire, was such an epic fun day. I loved every second of photographing it and being with the amazing, fun, silly, mischievous couple and guests.
This beautiful rustic barn is a gorgeous blank canvas for an intimate wedding. It allowed Chloe and Ben to create the exact day they wanted and pour all of their fantastic personalities all over it.
We had beautiful weather. EPIC food. They filled the barn with understated green and gold florals, lots of personal touches (including a handwritten note for every guest at their place). We played with coloured smoke bombs in the most dreamy golden light. Listened to excellent music, and lots of laughter. Chloe & Ben did the MOST incredible first dance moves and generally shared a big healthy sprinkling of mischief (my fave!) on everything.
It was literally a dream day!
The Details
Their styling was beautiful, understated and cosy. Lots of candles, creams golds and greens. The food served by Global Kitchen Cande was just incredible!

Chloe & Ben asked for relaxed, unforce, fun photos that represented the laid back vibe of their day. Nothing too stiff and posed. Very few arranged group shots. They spent very little time posing for the camera, but when they did wow I could feel the love! Any couple’s photos that we took were achieved in no more than 15 minutes during a gorgeous walk down to the back of the barn.
